From the 2012 listing year to the end of 2020, LONGi’s accumulated R&D investment was 7. 964 billion yuan, ranking first in the industry.
By the end of 2020, LONGi had obtained 1001 kinds of granted patents. Continuous breakthroughs in monocrystalline growth, silicon wafer cutting and new cells assembly technology, leading the development of the global monocrystalline technology. At present, LONGi has the international leading core technology advantages of perfect lattice monocrystalline silicon growth, high loading speed, monocrystalline modification, low-fat PERC cell and bifacial power generation. Among them, the positive conversion efficiency of monocrystalline PERC cell broke the world record seven times, reaching 24.06%; Based on the M10 standard silicon wafers LONGi Hi-MO 5 production power reaches 540W and the conversion efficiency exceeds 21%, marking that 500W+ have entered mass production.
